Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Are you thinking about leaving your partner? Having trouble finding your own path? Just not sure what to do or where to go and feeling a little confused? The loss of a relationship can mean the end of dreams, routines, stability, emotional & financial security, companionship, and family as it existed prior to the breakup. It can also impact more than just you.

Whether you are experiencing relationship distress, permanent or temporary separation, have already decided to leave, are developing a co-parenting plan, leaving domestic violence, or looking forward to creating a new, single life, we offer a group that is a safe space for you to explore your options. In addition to grieving your loss, the group will focus on skills surrounding parenting, housing, finances, legalities, division of property, and how to establish an independent life.

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do! Support Group

You don’t have to navigate this alone! Our group will meet once per week every Wednesday from 5:30-7:00PM. Anyone can join at any time and topics are based on group needs.
